Fiber College: Behind the Scenes

A lot of work goes into making Fiber College the success it is and there are many "unsung heroes". I thought it would be fun to share some of the "out takes" and give you a glimpse of Fiber College "Behind the Scenes".

It starts with a vision.

And then . . .
Tents are moved.
(And, yes, the green shed is cleaned out!)

Gardens are planted.

Cabins are built.

Campsites are set up.

Signs are posted.

Animals are delivered . . .

Or drive in their own cars!

Last minute directions are given

"Parking Studs" are enlisted to handle the traffic

Attendees are escorted to registration

Food is prepared for guests . . .

for staff & Volunteers . . .

and for special events . . . like the Thursday evening cocktail reception at the Art Studio.

Alice & Anita really rocked that beehive oven!

Friends are welcomed .

Music is played.

Songs are sung.

And the rug is cut!

After it's all over, most of us probably feel like Kendra did . . .

Exhausted.
But looking forward to doing it all again next year!
